Excellent Planning and Construction Company (EPCC) is a dynamic and fast-growing multidisciplinary construction, construction planning and management, and engineering services firm. Established in 2004, EPCC is dedicated to contributing to the development of Afghanistan through quality construction and professional engineering services.
With its main office in Kabul, Afghanistan, and a branch office in Istanbul, Türkiye, EPCC provides a broad range of construction and engineering services tailored to individual and institutional clients—from limited participation to complete project delivery, from design through completion.
From conceptual planning and feasibility studies to detailed engineering design and project execution, EPCC focuses on efficiency, technical accuracy, economy, and quality. Experienced engineers, architects, urban planners, surveyors, and project-management professionals work together to develop coordinated and cost-effective solutions for complex requirements.

Our Experience
Since its establishment, EPCC has worked across a wide range of engineering disciplines, with particular strength in design-build projects, building construction, civil infrastructure, water and sewerage systems, transportation, and irrigation infrastructure.
EPCC has implemented 86 design and construction projects across different sectors, with a combined recorded project value of approximately US$123.17 million.
- Building: 37 projects — approximately US$54.61 million
- Irrigation: 17 projects — approximately US$39.49 million
- Water & Sewerage: 25 projects — approximately US$24.84 million
- Transportation: 7 projects — approximately US$4.23 million
The building portfolio includes more than 110,000 square metres of construction works, ranging from single-storey buildings to structures of up to 11 storeys, including residential, industrial, healthcare, educational, religious, dormitory, and other facilities.
EPCC has also implemented more than 268,240 metres of water-supply and sewerage networks; more than 210 kilometres of gravel, asphalt, and concrete-paved roads with related drainage, bridge, and culvert works; and more than 1,000 kilometres of constructed, rehabilitated, or upgraded main, secondary, and tertiary irrigation canals across Afghanistan.
